Here at Work Honors we're working hard to make sure you're recognised and rewarded for the hard work and extra effort you put in that makes you an example to all. On your dashboard you'll see that you're part of a 'huddle'. These huddles are award focuses that you can impact on and deliver increased value for the business and in return you'll be rewarded as a thankyou. Overtime you'll see your award balance increase and you can choose, when you have enough or whenever your're ready to redeem them for rewards.
